Region 8 is holding a best practice day on June 7, 2023 in Westminster Colorado. Special shout out to Board Member, Kelli Heflin for spear heading this event from start to visit. We are confident this will be a wonderful day to learn new methods to improve your safety program, as well as have an opportunity to socialize with your fellow professionals. The event is on June 7, 2023 with a registration cost of $50.00. Please register as soon as possible!

Registration is now open!! The Region 8 Safety Summit is Scheduled at The Curtis Hotel, by Hilton, right in the middle of down town Denver, Colorado. Not only is the Hotel in the middle of the action of Denver, but it is a pop culture hotel, complete with themed bars, themed rooms and conference rooms.

In addition to the summit, we will be hosting a Whiskey and Outlaw walking tour of Denver, a night out to watch the Rockies (hot dog and drink included- of course), and relaxing and bowling at Lucky Strike. There will be something for everyone.

As in years past, we will be shaking up the content, offering a leadership track (and certificate) a Wellness track with a hearty focus on Mental Health as well as addressing the Safety tried and true basics.
